We want travellers to experience the city like a native not only when they venture out. We are also committed to promoting local talent, producers and cuisine. Pieces created by and for the hotel, like the solid wood table in the lobby at Yurbban Trafalgar hotel made by a joiner in the Empordà region and the photos on the first floor by local artist Begoña Solís. Likewise, we are also committed to local cuisine, a typical Catalan breakfast and menu based on grandma’s recipes made with top-quality produce.
All of this on top of our digital concierge app and personalised map, designed with you in mind with our recommendations of the most authentic spots in the city. Spots where you can lose yourself to discover what Barcelona really tastes, sounds and smells like. So you can take an indelible memory home with you, as well as some of our designer souvenirs. Items created in collaboration with artists who also live in the area. Some Maians shoes, created in the Barceloneta neighbourhood; a handmade plush toy from Softheads, like those you’ll find in every room at Yurbban Trafalgar; or a box of nuts from Casa Gispert, toasted artisanally very close to the hotel.
But we’re not going to reveal all of the city’s secrets. We prefer you come experience them for yourself.
