Carles, a professional distiller, is a born explorer. His tireless passion for discovering new horizons has led him to found La Destilateca.

La Destilateca is an artisan gastronomic micro distillery where Carles collects his 21 years of experience, knowledge and passion, to produce unique distillates.

The creation of the distillates is personalized and is achieved through unusual gastronomic aromas and flavors, which are capable of inspiring new sensations and emotions.

With Carles Bonnin and La Destilateca, Native by Yurbban was born, a unique gin based on the characteristic aroma of hotels, whose main ingredients are Vetiver Root and Virginia Cedar.
